Starbucks was the best preforming S&P component today. Up almost 25%. This was on the back of news they hired a new CEO, Brian Niccol, who most recently held the same position at Chipotle for the last 6 years. Under his leadership, CMG more than 5x’d their stock price if you count to the recent highs.
