After more than 20% drawdown is OKTA worth a buy?

I want to start by saying software isn’t an area of the market I’m most comfortable in. The lack return to shareholders, needing to have a deep understanding of what start ups are coming through the pipeline, the low barrier to entry, and managements that (until recently) didn’t seem to care about equity holders all the space awkward for me. Not helping…
